Returns
You will have 30 days to return your item from the date of purchase. Proof of Purchase/receipt is required. The item must be in resalable condition with the original hangtag attached. Please fill out our return form to start the process. We will send you an email once we have received your item. You will receive a prepaid shipping label. A credit will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear. If you have issues receiving your payment, we suggest contacting your credit company and/or bank. If your issue cannot be resolved, please email us at Support@airetageclothing.com re: “Return”
The time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchange:
If you need to exchange sizes, we recommend asking for an exchange within one week of receiving your item. While you are allotted 30 days, we cannot guarantee we will have your desired size in stock due to the limited quantities of production.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please send photos of the defect in question to Support@airetageclothing.com re: “Defective Product” within 7 days of receiving the product. We will determine whether accept the defective product. We will attempt to get the issue resolved via exchange or repair.
Receiving Your Item.
We have a one-man shipping team: Me, the founder, Miles. Please be patient as I process your orders. Orders will be processed Mondays and Fridays. Please allow for one week for shipping within the U.S.
International shipping
Please allow for 6-10 days international shipping. Vat and Customs the customers responsibility.
